I didn't have any luck finding the Ponzu sauce or the black bean sauce so I just used Kikkoman Teriyaki Garlic and Green Onion sauce. I marinated the meat for about 1 1/2 hours. It was really good; but I agree with Jacki that the meat pieces should have been a little smaller. Kenton had to go cook the meat again on the grill as the veggies cooked pretty quickly. I used mushrooms, zuccinni and cherry tomatoes for the veggies.
All ready to go out and grill.

All grilled up - well, the meat needed a little longer :)

Very tasty looking - I think it would be really good with chicken too. It did take a while to cook the beef to my preference.
