Jalapeno Poppers by Kim
So, we had a fun Superbowl party this last Sunday. I decided to make the Jalapeno poppers as one of the finger foods. They were really good. It seemed like everyone liked them a lot. A few people said they didn't think they were going to be as good as they were. They did take a little longer than expected to assemble, but that wasn't a big deal. Here are a few pix:

Yum, looks and sounds like a fun party. I still need to make these poppers.
How fun to have a party. I have cooked the poppers twice & liked them also.
