For the Halloween Party Food I chose to make the Mummy Dogs and the Monster Jaws. They were both really easy and good. I used pine nuts instead of slivered almonds on the apples and peanut butter for the eyes.

Apple Butter Pork Chops, Caramelized Onions, Halloween Food
Pork Chops - my husband requested pork chops the week I made these but this wasn't what he had in mind:) I, on the other hand, really liked these and I am not a pork chop lover. I liked the flavor of the sauce and the caramelized onions. My onions didn't turn as dark as the ones in the cookbook picture but I really liked them.

We haven't made the pork chops yet, but I'm glad that the dish has good flavor. Nice job with the Halloween goodies :)
