Jacki's Peach-Kissed Turkey Burgers

I made these the other night for dinner and thought they were really good.  It was an easy recipe to make and cook.  I did omit the parsley and I used apricot jam instead of peach because that is what I had.  I really like the flavor and would make this again.  I just cooked it in a skillet on the stove.  I used the leftovers in a salad and it was delicious - just cut up the patty cold. 
I added a slice of cheese to the one below because I thought it would make it more appealing to my husband being that it was a turkey burger instead of beef :)

The burger looks really good. Glad to know that it tasted good also. We will have to give it a try.
