April 1st Recipe

Hi All.....

I have chosen the Spinach Mandarin Poppy Seed Salad (Pg. 76) with the Poppy Seed Dressing (Pg. 90). For a lighter dessert (well not light in the calories....maybe I should say Spring time dessert) the Key Lime Tarts (Pg. 228). I didn't choose a meat, but the book suggests grilled chicken. I think a rotisserie chicken would compliment nicely as well.
