New menu #16

I picked the chicken cordon bleu because my husband has always loved this dish.   I have already made the chicken part and almost everyone really liked it.   The only one who didn't eat much said he was full, so who knows.  Even my daughter who at first was traumatized that it had Swiss cheese in it.  I didn't have toothpicks but I used think chicken pieces and they held together just fine.  I will post the pick once I make the salad and dessert.
