Jacki’s Baked Ham and Egg Cups

We had these for dinner tonight and they were delicious!  I cut the recipe in half and followed the directions as written.  I used crumbled bacon where it asked for diced ham or bacon.  My ham slices were a little big  so I just made a little fold in the middle of it and they fit fine – I think Tarin mentioned she had the same problem.   They cooked up nicely in about 19 minutes and were very tasty!  I thought they had a nice presentation as well.

Everything looked good. Nice pictures! I'm thinking of fixing these for breakfast this coming Sunday.
