I made these this morning for breakfast and they were a nice switch from the usual hot or cold cereal. They were pretty easy and straight forward to make. I followed the recipe as directed except I halved it. Half a recipe made 7 muffins but I filled the cups a little full so it could have made 8 I think. Hope you all get a chance to try out this recipe and post about it.
