So, I was really impressed with this delicious fried chicken. I was a little scared, okay A LOT scared to make this meal. I didn't do very well when we made the chicken fried steak, so I was not excited to make this, but we loved it! And, it wasn't even that hard to do ! I am really happy about the way it turned out. My little boys gobbled it up too.

I agree that it wasn't too hard and turned out delicious. Glad everyone liked it.
I also, was surprised that it turned out to be fairly easy. It looks like you had a nice crispy coating on it:)
