Leslee's Potato Skins

Last night we tried these aswell.  I also forgot to salt the potato skins while baking and I used bacon bits instead of fresh bacon. I left a good amount of potato still in the skin so they would be a little heartier as a side dish.  Sean and I both thought these were tasty!

Everything looked really tasty in your plate. We are cooking the potato skins tomorrow night & we will try to remember to salt them :)
