Tarin's Rosemary Pork

I loved this recipe. It was so easy and delicious. I did everything the way they said to, but I doubled the balsamic/olive oil mixture to make sure there was good coverage for the meat. I was so glad that everyone posted that it took longer to bake because it was about 45 minutes for me too. I used a meat thermometer for the first time and everyone mentioned how perfectly cooked the meat was so it was a success!
