Just Brock and I tryed these two recipes and found the glaze a bit strong, so I would make some changes with that. I used the shrimp that I could find at the store which was medium, deveined and no tail. Next time I would get the larger shrimp, deveined with the tails on. They were both very easy recipes, which was what I wanted. We had some fresh asparagus along with the meal and all three tasted pretty good.

Looks very nice. I am not a big fan of shrimp but when my mom made it I did sample the sauce and thought it might be a bit strong too.

I bet the asparegus was delicius with it. Yes the sauce is stron you can add twice the amount of shrimp to that. Love the red plate =;)
