Creammy Broccoli soup

Big hit here with this soup Alexandro has already asked me to make it again twice (He loves soup and fresh bread). The only change I did was to sauté the onion and Garlic in olive oil before adding the rest of the ingredients and I also decided to use my commercial grade blender instead of an immersion blender. They are very powerful and easy to clean, they also keep the food hot. I may be making this soup again this week.
