Ingrid's white lasagne and Pesto Strudel Bites

The lasagna was excellent!!! I used the Quattro Formaggio bag from Trader Joes (Blend of Parmesan, Asiago, Fontina and mild Provolone cheeses). I also had some fresh ricotta that I got at Pikes market in Seattle and that made all the difference so, so good and fresh. The boys liked it but they said that they prefer the spinach versus the zucchini =;) For the strudel I didn’t have any vegetables since I was getting ready to go out of town I didn’t want to purchase any, so I just used some homemade pesto and that was quite tasty the boys loved it!!! For me I found it to be a bit rich though.

Your meal looks very inviting and tasty. Spinach would be good in the lasagna too. Thanks for your suggestions. I still need to make the strudel bites.
