Dana & Audrey's Review of Breakfast Bowls & Potatoes

We went ahead and cooked the basic breakfast potatoes to go in the breakfast bowls. We didn't cook the potatoes in bacon fat, since we forgot :) They were very easy to do, since this is a recipe that we cook already in our house. For the breakfast bowls, we used all the ingredients that she had listed and then we each assembled our own with what we liked. We didn't have fresh or dried basil, so we substituted fresh garlic and that tasted great! We also used our usual combination of colby and jack cheese. Since we were just fixing 3 individual ramekins, we each just used a egg and added a little half and half and then scrambled them together before pouring them into our dishes. We probably could have done them together, but wanted to make sure that we got the correct amount in each dish :) We cooked them for the full 15 minutes and they turned out great. We really thought that they were very tasty. You could do so many different ingredients in them, like mushrooms, black olives etc... Another couple of great picks :) This is a keeper for sure!

We know that the cinnamon rolls aren't very healthy for you, but oh well :)
