Jacki’s Review of Edna Mae’s Pancakes

I was reading all of the positive reviews about these pancakes this morning and decided we must have these for breakfast……today! I checked in the fridge and luckily I had just enough sour cream and just enough eggs.  So, I made them and they were delicious.  I am really glad everyone else made them first so I could learn from all of your comments and suggestions.  I was careful not to stir too much and they did take a long time to cook but since there was only the two of us it wasn’t a big deal.  We decided they tasted a bit French toasty.  They were very light and fluffy and it was easy to eat several:)  I even pulled out the real maple syrup for the occasion – excellent.
