Kim's pancakes!
No pix this time because we have made these pancakes 100 times!!! It was the first recipe we made when I got this book (I cheated a little and made a recipe that wasn't assigned). It is now a staple at our house. At least once a week we eat the most yummy pancakes ever. I hope you all like them too!!!

Glad you guys found a new favorite pancake recipe!
These pancakes have been such a hit I really need to get around to making them - I am going to check and see if I have enough sour cream right now!
