Sarah's Chicken Cordon Bleu

I have to admit I wasn't too excited about this one because I feel like I have made way too many rolled chicken dinners. But I actually really like it! The panko made it so crispy. I wanted to brown the top with the broiler but I have a phobia of over cooking chicken (yes over cooking not under cooking). So I took it out after a minute under the broiler. They weren't quite as pretty but they tasted great.
