Tarin's Bacon Wrapped Chicken Skewers and Asian Cabbage Salad

I really liked the Cabbage Salad and I wish that I had let it sit longer. It was light and fresh. And then I was behind on getting my chicken in the marinade so it only sat for about an hour and even after such a short time the chicken tasted really good. I put too many pieces on the skewer so that the bacon didn't get as crispy on the side. I served it with just white rice and it was a great "asian-night" dinner. Another keeper recipe...I'm really liking this book...by the way :)
